Byhappyme recommends replacing your dummy approximately every 4-6 weeks. It can be beneficial to have several dummies on the go at the same time so that one dummy doesn’t grow significantly larger than the others.

Place the pacifiers in a small bowl and pour boiling water over them.
Let the pacifiers sit in the bowl for about 5 minutes.
Take the pacifiers out, squeeze out any excess water if necessary, and dry them before use.
